We accept credit card payment through PayPal, Tsukayu payment system, phone order, or wire transfer. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards you don't need a PayPal account. Bank Transfer is also accepted for some countries.

Current production time from the date you place order is 2-5 weeks and the delivery time is 3-6 days. Color match orders need 1-2 weeks more as we have to order paint. In Winter, we can ship within 7 days for some products.

Any custom duties, taxes, or international bank charges are not included in prices. Tsukayu products (motorcycle parts and accessories) are custom-free items in the US most US customers will not be charged any custom duties or taxes.

No, our products cannot be delivered to a PO Box. If you submitted an order with a PO Box address, please provide a physical shipping address by email.

We provide a 6-month warranty period. For defective electronic items (e.g., stereo and speakers), we offer a 1-year warranty. Please contact us for full return policy details.

Our hard saddlebags are made of fiberglass or ABS, lockable, waterproof, removable, and easily fit on most cruisers and touring motorcycles. They perfectly follow the contour of your motorcycle's fender the space between your bike and Tsukayu bags can be as little as 13mm. All mounting brackets are made of show chrome, quality stainless steel for heavy-duty stability.

ABS version uses super thick industrial-grade ABS material (bottom is 3/8" thick, lid is 5/32" thick), precision injection molded. Fiberglass version has installation face 6mm thick, other faces 4mm thick, hand-laid construction. Both are the same size and shape with identical features.

We offer one-tone factory color matching. You can check your bike's color code at Color-Rite. Color match orders must be accompanied with a primed (ready to paint) item. Note: perfect match is not guaranteed, and only single-tone matching is available.
