Shipping
Policy
Tsukayu
ships all the products to our customers by DHL express or normal air parcel depends on destination countries.
For
Canada and The United States, shipping time for Regular Deliveries are
approximately 2-4 business days. Most orders are processed and shipped within
7-21 business days. These delivery times are approximations only, and it
is possible for some deliveries to take longer than stated. For
International orders, normally the shipping time will not take around 7-10 days
New Packaging
From 1July 2007, Tsukayu will use two different kind of packing material. One is normal carton box, another is fiberglass box. Customers will receive their Tsukayu products stored in either carton box or fiberglass box depends on destination country. (e.g all United States order will be shipped with fiberglass box).
Our fierglass box is very strong, with much improved protection to the Tsukayu products inside, the lids are put into the luggage boxes instead of preinstalled to further protect the lids from damage during shipment. Customer will need to go through the following simple steps for installing the lids, installing the lids involves installing the hinges and lid supporters, all you need to do is just installing 2 nuts and 2 bolts on each side( for strong bags). Cancellation
Policy
Unless
Tsukayu has sent out your package, you may cancel your order anytime
after you placed your order and before your package has sent out. For
color match orders, you may cancel your order before Tsukayu order the
paint from Color-Rite.
Tsukayu
reserves the right to cancel any order and we are not responsible for
typographical errors. Cancellation process will be done in PayPal
system.
Return
Policy
Tsukayu wants you to be
totally satisfied with your purchase and that is why we offer this
simple Product Exchange / Money Back Guarantee. If you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return
it within 10 days from the date your order was received. Before
returning an item with the packing slip, please send us an email for
approval. Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange products
that have been used and display visible signs of use.
When we have received
your returned products, we will issue a credit to your credit card by
PayPal equaling the cost of the item plus sales tax, if applicable. Items to be returned can be shiped by any method, but Tsukayu will not be responsible for shipping cost for sending the items back in most of the cases. We
will be happy to exchange defective items within 15 days of the date you
received your order. Any defective items must be sent back prepaid in
the same condition as when you originally received it.
Please allow 7 to 10
business days from the time that we receive your returned product for
the credit to be issued to your credit card. We will refund the credit
by PayPal as soon as we receive and process your return. |
