This load equalizer duplicates the draw of a stock 24 watt turn signal bulb.
This load equalizer is required for LED turn signals, otherwise your stock turn signal "brain" thinks the
bulb is burned out and will blink fast. If you still use
your stock turn signals as well as our LED turn signals, you should
disconnect the load equalizer to avoid overloading.
Caution: Load equalizer generate
heat!
This load equalizer should be
removed if your rear stock turn signals are still connected, or you don't use the LED lights as turn signals. For example, if you use the lights as brake lights then the load equalizers should be removed to avoid overloading of the motorcycles' electrical system.
